Catering Options

Place an order with us and we’ll prepare it for you to pick up at our store. We generally suggest
1/4 to 1/3 lb of meat per person
2 rib bones per person - there are generally 12 in a rack of ribs
1 chicken quarter for 2 people
Our half trays contain 5 pounds of meat, 3 racks of ribs, or 5 chicken quarters
Half trays of a side feed up to 40 people.
Full trays of a side feed up to 80 people.
The following items are included with our Pick-up Catering:
- Choice of sauce
- Available upon request:
  Plastic utensils, plates, and napkins
- Wire racks and sternos
  $10/set additional charge
